There are 3 ways to fix this problem.

1. Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010.

32 bit http://www.microsoft...ls.aspx?id=8328
64 bit http://www.microsoft...s.aspx?id=13523

2. Delete in the "Bin" folder a file named "msvcp100.dll " and "msvcR100.dll".

3. Find yourself a file on the Internet called "msvcp100.dll" and replace it.

32 bit - C:\Windows\system32\

64 bit - C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

I hope you will succeed!
